25g of carbs in a small potato. those carbs could really add up.
should they be incorporated into someone's bulking diet?
or is it too "starchy" and high on the glycemic index to really utilize healthfully?

definately man, eat the hell out of them!! Starch carbs are good on a bulk! Dont worry about GI either, just hit your macros and you will be GOLDEN! I spent so long worrying about GI and stuff like that and saw minimal gains, but when I just ate carbs (both types) and relaxed about everything and just focused on hitting my numbers, the gains started piling on!!

I prefer sweet potatoes. More flavor and nutrients. Good complex carb source.

Since when were potatoes classified as being High GI?
I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do this I keep on doing. (Romans 7:15,17-19)
