What Excercise Hits The Top Abs?
What excercise focus mainly on the top two abs?
As these happen to be my smallest...

I find that crunches will get you the top 4 abs.
Very easy to get these.
What the hell is that pic for?

NO
lol the pic is for people like you...
Some people dont know what the top two abs are...
The MIDDLE 4 abs are the easy abs to get...
Most people get confused and think they have excellent top two abs... (Me included) Untill the first time you hit them and get some growth... then you notice that they were actually the middle 4. and you never had the top 2 abs
There is always the two little abs above most people dont even have anything there at all, even when they have decent size abs...
(Seriously)

Yet again, Someone unaware...
Its actually the middle 4 abs... belive it or not...
The top two abs most people dont have and if they do they are much much smaller...
I experienced this myself, i thought i had excellent upper abs...
Untill i got some extra abs, i then figured out i never had my top to abs...
But yea crunches hit them, just wanted more virations (Spelling)

Squats and deadlifts are the BEST things for your abs. Your a 160lbs and can't see your top abs? I'm over 300lbs and can see my top abs and I do NO crunches or anything retarded like that.

I know what you're talking about, my little brother has them nearly fully developed, and I can't even get them to start growing.
My little bro at 180 unflexed

Haha. Not for me. I can feel all 8. Been working them for a LONG time.
I know the difference. The top 4 came easily. the 5th and 6th abs are starting to come. The 7th and 8th are never going to pop out under the fat, hahahaha.
Actually, the the top row came before the 2nd one.
I guess it depends on each person, everyone is different.

300lbs lol i call Bullshiit?
squats and deads are the least effictive thing for the abs.
They STRENGTHEN the INNER core hardly ripping muscle fibres in the abs at all... (Explain to me how the muscle fibres in the abs get ripped by doing squats/deads?
Its the MIDDLE 4 abs, not the top 4, Seriously trust me...
I have learnt from experiance i once thought the same as you...
Post up a pic and i will tell you...?
EXPLAIN TO ME THIS
IS this guy in the picture below lacking on his upper two abs?
Or his bottom two abs?
The answer is... his TOP 2 ABS (he dosent even have his top two abs... this was the same as me... untill... one day...)
There is suspose to be 6 abs above the belly button, and 2 below the belly button (although these lower two are the hardest to achive)

You have learned nothing if you think you RIP muscles. You gain muscle and lose fat that is it. Squats and deadlifts do this the best, and they work the core harder then ANYTHING since you have to use it to stabilize all that weight-and you move the most weight with squats and deadlifts, hence the most growth-. Look at the article you might learn something. Abs will always be there you just need to lose more fat.

Anyway, pic of my abs, or lack thereof.

Lighting is bad.
Top 4 usually show better. The 3rd row usually looks less developed.

Abs respond best to high-repetition and isolation excercises
Squats/deads high repititions and isolation excercises...? Lol i think not...

For the last time...
I am not saying squats dont work the abs...
I am saying it is very MINAMIL
Squats mainly strengthen the INNER core... They hardly rip any muscle fibres in the abs what so ever...
ABS RESPOND BEST TO HIGH REPETITION AND ISOLATION EXCERCISES
Not bloody measely secoundry muscle useage...
FFS idiots online tonight.

ROFL you are an idiot. You CAN lose fat and gain muscle at the same time are you retarded? You break down muscle fibers through HEAVY lifting, there is no ripping.
If you enjoy being 150lb weakling stick to your crunches and machines, the big boys will keep squatting and deadlifting.
