thanks for the compliments guys. shortybow was a pleasure meeting oyu man, you looked sick! take this time off to throw some size on maybe i'll see you again at hercules 2010. to Layne and liftjunkie, you ever think about doing any shows over here in NY? I know layne does alot of NGA shows I believe (and will be doing WNBF due to pro status), cause if there's and NGA shows around when I compete again I may have to make my way out of state for the first time. If my finances allow of course haha that's the good thign abuot bodybuilding, it makes you want to strive to get a really good paying job, otherwise your ass aint affording **** in this sport haha

You looked awesome. Nice work on the cut....super impressive.
There are a number of NGA events out on this side of NY state (BUffalo, Rochester). A couple in May and one in October, which I will be competing in.
