    Is 2000ish calories too low for this program I'm doing?

    Mon-Friday
    1hr Weights(morning)
    2hr Cardio (afterschool)
    2hr Basketball (afterschool)

    Every calorie burning **** online has me burning about 2000 calories a day. So should I up to 3000(looking to get lean for b-ball season)?
