Well, first tihings first, I don't train traps now since I work them with my upright rows. But I have done some that used to make my traps sore!
Barbell Shrugs
3 x (10 forward rotation + 10 reverse rotation)
Seated Dumbbell Shrugs
3 x 10 reps (with a one second pause at the top)
