Cool I need help working Traps.

In the on and off 12 years I've been training I've yet to find a good workout or combination of workouts that work my traps well. They never seem to burn out or get sore. Can anyone recommend a good routine for me?

Well, first tihings first, I don't train traps now since I work them with my upright rows. But I have done some that used to make my traps sore!

Barbell Shrugs
3 x (10 forward rotation + 10 reverse rotation)
Seated Dumbbell Shrugs
3 x 10 reps (with a one second pause at the top)
