Xtend

I have used this product off and on for the last 18 months. It seems like an effective way for BCAA delivery, yet I have seen no significant results from using it.
Anyone else have any experience with this product?

serious question -

What did you really expect from a BCAA supplement?

I mean it may have helped a bit with recovery, but if you were looking for something else..then....??

i went through 4 tubs of Xtend before i finally switched back to Pharma-Sport Bcaa 5000. the Refreshing Apple Xtend had me hooked with the delicious flavor. with Pharma Sport i still make good recovery time and the A-AKG included seems to give that fullness look. i don't know if this means anything, but it's the only amino product i've seen that says it's "100% pure pharmaceutical grade."

you aren't going to "feel" anything with it besides increased ability to recover. Also it may help you to maintain more muscle during the cutting phase.

The first thing I noticed when I began using Xtend was an extreme reduction in DOMS. I used to get severe DOMS after leg day. For 3-4 days my legs would be sore to the touch. Once I started using Xtend the DOMS drastically decreased in intensity and duration.

yeah, Xtend almost made me feel guilty about my workouts- i could go balls out and felt minimal soreness afterwards.

I'm often shocked at how not sore I am a day or two after doing workouts that I was sure would cripple me.
