Before you started bodybuilding, were you skinny or fat?
And how skinny or how fat?
I was fat, 6'0" 233 pounds of fat.
Anyone naturally athletic, FU.

I wasn't fat, I wasn't skinny.
I didn't have an "athletic" body.
So ... average?

I started 5'8" weighing 160lbs and fat... started on bench lifting 60 pounds for 4 reps was my max and squat was 75 for 5 times. Currently weigh 150 at 11% body fat and rep 190x5 and squat 315x5 and instead of deadlifts i do rows and pullups which i have gotten pretty high. Been lifting for 3 years but had to take a break when i tore my rotator cuff and dislocated shoulder. for like 8 months inbetween that 3 years.
