i was wandering the dosing of a standard arganine product and the timing. i read that it was ok to take 3-10 mg morning, 1 hour before workout and 1 hour before bed. but that seems alot. any help?
I think you would want 3,000 mg=3g when you wake up on a empty stomach..3,000mg-5,000mg is usually the normal dosage...Then you could take it pre-workout also.....Most people take it on a empty stomach before a workout.....
