Do any of you drink the drinkable version of Aloe Vera? What effects does it have on your body?
I have been on the Herbalife diet and they give you Aloe Vera in water and I have noticed it makes me need to go to the bathroom (#2) plus it makes me pee a lot...

Any thoughts on the Herbalife diet and on the drinkable version of Aloe Vera ??
