trying to finalize a 3-ad cycle. i originally was thinking h-drol but i would like to try this first.

3ad 4 caps @ 22.5 days (on bottle)

advanced pct (one bottle) - what should i run this at?

i have some stoked/ax on hand also. should i run everything together? should i run advanced pct alone, followed by stoked/ax after?

is there anything else i am missing here?

3AD dosing looks good. Remember to take each serving with 15-20 grams of fat.

Advanced PCT is 3 pills per day, spread out through the day. Or you can do 1 during the day, 2 at night.

As far as the Stoked and AX goes, you could run that during PCT, Id imagine with that combo along with aPCT you'll continue to gain nicely through PCT.

yes i read some peanut butter is a good way to take in some fat.

i just thought 22.5 would be a nice starter cycle. i don't want to jump into something more advanced right off the bat. if i run stoked/ax during pct i think i should make more gains though.

i don't want to stack anything. my main objective is running a quick clean cycle, i was as minimal sides as possible. there are always better cycles, stacking, 6 weeks and so on. i have no experience with PH so i don't want to jump into something too extensive.

i notice a lot of guys want to jump into the more extensive cycles, first time users i mean. they see someone else's log and think it is right for them. most guys running PH have tons of experience. just because it is right for them doesn't mean it is right for first time users. i just want to get my feet wet with this cycle and see how it goes. me running it too long, or to high would make me question apct as well. if i run it 22.5 i know for sure my pct is adequate, plus i throw stoked/ax into the mix and that should help me with gains well into pct.

i've read of people getting decent results on a 22.5 run. getting a extra bottle is fine by me. i can always use it down the road.
