Lately I see a lot of people saying that 10% bf is a chore to maintain and a senseless struggle unless you're a model or something by profession...so for the everyday guy, what should be the target bf% that is sustainable year round?
What bf% should you cut down to before you start bulking?
What bf % should you start cutting again?

There are no hard and fast rules to what you're asking, it's up to the individual and their personal goals.
For me I had the desire to reach 7% but got to 9 and haven't pushed beyond that. 10% is more feasible and I feel fat at 15%. I know a percentage or two might not seem like a big deal but the leaner you get every lb of fat lost makes a difference."Luck" is probability taken personally
Never accept a "No" from someone who wasn't empowered to give you a "Yes" in the first place
