    Post raisins how much to eat daily

    how much raisens are u allowed to eat daily? just curious since theres been something about blood sugar etc.

    same goes for honey how much should be taken in daily?

    if these are not good for bulking which foods will be good to hit higher calories and still maintaining a good amount of protein.

    i am able to take in about 250gram of protein per day but i need 360. is it fine to take more than 1 scoop of protein whey?

    woah let me cliff this up:

    - Mr 150lbs is saying:

    - he needs 360g of protein per day

    - can he consume more than 1 scoop of whey per day.

    - how much raisins and honey should be consumed per day.

    i did a calculation with some bulking excel data file i found on the net and it says i need 360g of protein to bulk hard. how much would be ideal?? cuz i cant really trust a calculation like that.

    I'd only go anywhere from 150 to 220 grams of protein

    thanx Holyspokes, i was thinking the same too becuz its been already hard going up to 300grams per day. guess i havent been doing anything wrong then. i just need to read more about fructose intake etc.

    I would eat fruit pre workout. dont get too much into specifics of science etc, your just going to get OCD and zero results.

    and you dont need to eat a ton of protein especially at 150lbs. eat about a gram per pound of bodyweight or a bit more if you like. the protein rave is usually funded by supplement companies who want people to buy their stuff

    I always have some fruit pre workout (breakfast) It doesn't bog me down as much as oats in the morning, working out ~1hr later
