My diet progress, with pic
I've been dieting (cutting) for 14 weeks now, which consisted of a 10 week initial stretch, 3 week maintenance break and so far I've done 4 weeks in this second cycle of dieting.
My maintenance was approximately 3300 kcal/day so in my first cycle I cut calories to approximately 2700-2800 kcal/day and didn't change anything with regards to training.
In general my maintenance tends to be ~ 14 cal/lb bodyweight and I'll cut at 12 cal/lb bodyweight.
The second dieting cycle I have been hitting ~2500 kcal/day (~12kcal/lb)
I am down 10kg (22lbs) & 10cm (4 inches) on waist

My hate is for three main types:
1) The person that knows someone bigger/stronger/leaner than you. Likely an uncle, but there is no evidence anywhere of said person's jackedness.
2) People who have to ask you what you're eating. Back the **** off.
3) People who ask for advice but will never, ever follow it. Ever ever.
