What's Your Idea of a Plateau.

I think mine has a lot to do with nutrition and rest and keeping my days routine.

I have a tendency to go to the bar every now and then and at 51 I have to admit that I cannot hold beer as well as I could like when I was an 18 year old recruit doing Basic Training in Fort Jackson, South Carolina.

Lol, on weekend we'd all go down to the company tavern and drink those 3.5 Pabst Blue Ribbons for 35 cents a cup, yeah those real tall white paper cups. Come Sunday night have of the platoon had to be carried back to the barracks by the MP's. I think only me the 4 squad leaders and a few other recruits with homegrown gizzards could actually stagger back to the barracks and make it to our bunks to prepare ourselvers for Monday.

3:30am reville.

that's no Full Metal Jacket.

This should be addressed just like it were lifting.

I suggest the Texas Method.

Monday- 80% of max consumption.

Tues- Off

Wed- Light

Thurs- Off

Friday- Heavy consumption for ne pr

Sat, Sun- Off

Monday should be 2.5% more over prior week and repeat.



I remember I was on detachment in Pearl Harbor. We were going to be there about 1 month.

The day we got there the new club right next to the barracks was having a grand opening. 10 cent beer all night.

It was not only one of my best memories but also one of my foggiest.

The next best thing to that was on the USS Lincoln in Thailand for New Years Eve.

Thailand has some sights you dont see in the U.S. The sights I am reffering to have to do with baby birds, eels and ladies private parts. Oh yeah, dont forget the golf tees, blow pipes and balloons.

Nothing bets a good old fashioned Filipina peso show though.
