Epistane or H-drol?

I'm thinking which one to go with next time, i'll prob go with h-drol seeing as though it will only be my 2nd cycle (1st was 11-oxo)

you really can't go wrong with either.

havoc:
- 1 bottle is enough for a good cycle (30/30/30/40)
- stonger gains
- side effects aren't bad
- good on a bulk

hdrol
- needs 2 bottles to be effective (50/50/75/75/75/75)
- milder side effects
- good on a cut

both can be run with an OTC PCT

never ran a PH before so this is a first. i want something with as little side effects possible. i prefer not to be shut down as well. would either h-drol or epistane shut me down?

yes they are the same compound. and shutdown from havoc is hit or miss, from what i've read.

25, goals are to improve strength and add some lbm. pct would consist of cycle support while on cycle followed by post cycle support, stoked, activate xtreme.

id say run havoc. albeit a DS, its mild enough for a beginner cycle.

Pre load cycle support for 2 weeks prior
20/30/30/30 or 40 depending on what your body is telling you.

You may want to throw in some 3-5g of taurine, potassium, and significantly increase your water intake to reduce back pumps.

go with epistane. might as well run the stronger of the two. shutdown isn't a huge problem as you'll recover quickly from it anyways.

h-drol most likely will not shut you down. but everyone is different.

id say 3-ad is the most mild compound that i can think of.

if your really that concerned you can go with bold. which is more expensive, but less risk of sides than havoc, yet yields similar gains...in an 8 week cycle compared to havoc's 4

it's in my sig... only side effect that is really prevalent is acne. but i have managed to get it under control with some salycic acid (sp?) cream

1 week = 4-6 lbs
2 weeks = 8 lbs
3 weeks = 10 lbs
currently week 4.

don't think i want to use bold. i was set on h-drol but someone else had mentioned epistane. h-drol would also require 2 bottles and a 8 week cycle where epistane would be one bottle and a 4 week cycle. the 4 weeks sounds alot better to me.

m1t as you discribed it, it's rat poison, harsh on the liver. There's no comparison here between these 2. although H drol is mythel, it's not that harsh as m1t, but you'd still need to protect your liver.

Go with epistane or havoc and dose it 30 throughout.

ya m1t was nuts. i know guys who were running it raw with trib as pct, a joke. epistane is looking better to me. 4 weeks on epi vs 8 on h-drol, just sounds better.

i wouldn't run h drol for 8, but yeah, you got the point, epi will deliver the same results or more in shorter time and the same side effects you'll face on h drol and all you need is 1 bottle.

epi is so dry, take joint supplements! my wrist was hurtin badly.

Haha man - we're in the same boat, I just finished my 11-oxo and have a bottle of epi & h-drol in my cupboard, I'm thinking the h-drol first too

run the halodrol its good stuff. didnt fully kick untill 1/2 way through the cycle. should have ran it 75mgs for the last half. but im gunna start an epi clone cycle so ill let yall know which worked better

when on cycle should i cut cardio out all together, cut it down to half? i want to maximize my gains.

just do some low intensity stuff. i usually ran for about 20 min twice a week so i wouldnt build up alot of fat. and usually basketball or something once or twice a week.

i usually do cardio about 4 times a week. maybe i can just make them 20min sessions.

i read somewhere a member had libido problems even 2 months after pct, anyone ever hear of anything like this with epistane? i was told stoked/activate xtreme/pcs would be good enough pct, is there anything i should add?
