Progress until winter bulk up
Hi all, thought I would start a progress thread to keep me motivated up to my winter bulk up.
My weight is on the constant increase which is good, carrying really good mass for my weight but would deffinetly want more back thickness, the detail will do for now not time for cutting up. Months December-March will be my ?TRUE? bulking up stage.all advice welcome

Nutrition right now consists of a lot of salmon with the od halibut or sowdrfish, chicken breast very little red meat, though the odd liver meal, not particulary overloading on carbs, lots of eggs. Usualy hit the 180-200g protien per day mark.Current sups have been Bsn Cell mass creatine and phd pharma whey as of summer this year, they will always stay constant even when cutting.Putting on an average 7lb per month and a half since. My weight never drops.
During my bulking stage Protien carbs and calories will be increaced substantialy increaced, red meat will be added to the diet. Supplement wise,a weight gainer will be added.MHP Dark matter will be taken for two months.Increaced creatine dosage will be going from 2 scoops on a traing day 1 on a non training day to 2 scoops daily, i hold little water regardless of creatine.
Training will stay fairly similar though isolation moves will be slowly phased out to a minimum, focusing on my compound manouvers.
This will be a very intense bulking stage and i intend to put on some sreious quality mass.
