    Question How many carbs to eat a day for gaining lean mass??

    I am trying to gain lean mass and am curious about how many carbs I should be eating a day. I weigh about 200 pounds and am working out 5 days a week. I am currently eating 240-270 grams of protein a day. I am eating 7 meals a day, 3 of them being protein shakes.

    i don't know, macro % are sh!t honestly....total macro's are what you need to look at.....try to get 1 to 1.5 g protein, .5g fat(100g or so for you) and fill the rest in with carbs.
