I don't know about easy, but the most bang for your buck is in your wheels and back...glutes are the single biggest muscle, lats are second and the back is very complex with lots of muscles.

I've seen a lot of times the traps grow the fastest, almost out of proportion on some individuals.

quadriceps are the biggest muscles..
legs will most likely add mass the fastest.. all muscles should be responsive.. if one of your muscles is growing faster than another, its most likely because your focusing more on it, through the priority principle without even realizing.

Yeah one of the people who work at my new gym was talking to me about the fact that she hopes I don't just work shoulders and end up looking like loads of these gorillas that walk around with huge necks/traps.
I've still always found my pecs to be quite productive actually, and of course quads.

probably from deadlifting with a mixed grip. I know a big guy whose been lifting for years and his one trap is bigger than the other and it was from that.
