Well I think there is progress. I am not starving, the food isn't tasting nasty. I bought some keto sticks and I went from a trace (15) to like an 100 on the chart that goes to 180. Now tomorrow, the boss always takes us out to pizza hut for lunch! not good! I am thinking that I will have 1 piece of pizza and a bunch of salad....

I have the same darn problem at work. Donuts, and pizza, and cake. The place seems like a friggin' buffet at times!!
Good luck getting back into the swing of things, just remember this for the next time pizza is bought, try to think of ways to deal with the situation before it happens again.No matter where you go, there you are.

Well I just treated it like a carb up. Ate that crap friday, Started eating right saturday and I was back in ketosis sunday morning when I checked about noon. Oh, Got my 1st deer today! HUGE doe(its only doe season right now in Michigan) I got alittle over 80lbs of meat. Hmmm that will be good for keto
