    Question Can you cook frozen chicken on the George Foreman Grill?

    I'm getting a gfg in the mail and was wondering if you could do this or if it has to fresh raw chicken?

    you can cook frozen foods on the foreman, yes, but unless they say otherwise be sure to thaw them out

    Defrost it first brah, then cook it... Microwave the chicken for like 5 mins or place in warm water for a while and when it becomes soft cook it. Frozen Meat doesnt get cooked evenly and burns some times.

    I live next to walmart so I buy the 7 pack of chicken and dont freeze them. Grill 2 a day and should be done with it before they go bad.

    Saves me trouble of ddefrosting.

    hey man yes i got the small one on canadian tire u can cook frozen meat were did u order urs i wanna get a bigger one but they aint got it in candian tire

    How do you prep your chicken? I usually take the chicken, garlic, onion, montreal chicken seasoning and some teryaki sauce just mix it all up and let it sit overnight in a ziplock box. Chixken marinates and then I just throw 2 per day on the GFG.

    I used to put salt/pepper/ and olive oil on it, but all the oil just drips. I cooked one breast with olive oil and the other without, they tasted the same so yeah I just use salt/pepper only.

    Maybe if you leave the chicken inside a bowl with teriyaki or soy sauce or w/e soaking overnight, there would be another taste to it... but for me, thats too much work for the same nutrition (or worse if you put soy nice carbs) so I just stick the chicken in salt/pepper it and eat.
