Please Take Note:
Uh, I usually dont make reviews like this. But its not even worth my time to talk about.

Made me:
1. have diarrhea
2. feel like i was gonna puke
3. gave me chest pains
4. get light headed
5. my stomach still hurts bad

I didn't notice any positives to my workout and the caps taste like ass.

If anything was good in my workout, I contribute it to my whole wheat pasta I had preworkout.

Overall 0/10

on the plus side, dat dere pasta-tech is pretty good before workouts.

I just used my sample (never tried the new version until now) on monday.

Hit some nasty personal bests on dumbell incline and thats with a really sore shoulder (rotator cuff).

Now is it a conicidence? hell it could be but in my opinion it helps me crank out an extra rep or 2 at the very end of my sets.

Also please note this is at the end of a cut so strength should be dipping.

Old PB 105's for 3 sets of 7 on incline new PB 105's for 7, 8 and on the final set 10.

Everything works differently for everyone, with that being said the original worked well for me also. Luck me? nah i'd never actually purchase a full bottle and if I did I'd just use it on chest and back day.

Well I just got back into legs, which I havent been doing heavy due to a bad knee. So, idk.

I honestly did not feel a thing from the sample.. My workout was pretty weak.. I guess thats better than the stomach problems you had.. Ugh!

chances are its from the yohimbine.

i wish they had samples of normal Gakic.

Yes...

Ive tried yohimbine before. Im just appalled at the reactions to this supp.

I went through a whole bottle of the crap, and I got the same side effects, and had to gag it down each day.

I actually used my sample yesterday. No weird **** like you guys. I actually took on empty stomach and chest workout was about an hour or so. Didnt feel any huge pumps or rush or anything but when I did finish, It seemed like I was ready for alot more. Overall not happy or unhappy with it. But I did read the label which also said to take 4 caps your first day. How about you guys?

they ruined the formula. why add caffeine? adding 3 cups of coffee worth of caffeine dosent make it hardcore.

I really liked the original Gakic...actually, I did not realize that they had a revamped version...I personally don't like it when companies change a product to include caffeine, b/c I'm stim sensitive and don't depend on products for energy.

Try knee wraps, though you'll probably look and feel like a dbag wrapping your knees with anything less than 3 plates.

I just took some gakic hardcore, 4 pills and started my workout. I warmed up and was feeling amazing, then I went to do my first set. I was squeezing out the last rep when all of a sudden my brain felt like it exploded and I collapsed to the ground. The pain was so intense I couldnt get up for about 5 minutes. Its been about 25 minutes now and my head still hurts pretty bad and its feeling kinda numb. Im not blaming the supp, just wondering if anyone knows whats going on or experienced anything like this? It literally felt like my brain exploded. Any advice or anything would be great. Thanks.
