I'm kinda in a pickle right now I've just hurt my right quad last night at football I was kicking and it started to hurt so I decided to stop since I was kicking really well. Then later that night I was out at a meeting and I was walking and talking with some one and didn't notice a small step and I steped down and lost my footing and my right leg slid foward and all I felt was a discomfort in my leg. I got up this morning and my right quad is swollen and about 1/2-1inch bigger than my left quad so I know something is wrong. I've had a heat pack on my leg since I woke up. Does anyone know what happened or how to speed up recovery time.
