Tried Keto before, went from 195 to about 189, started cheating, gained it all back and then some.
Starting weight today 198
body fat ?? ~ 20-22%
Round 2, Day 1:
Meal 1: Protein Shake
Meal 2: 3 eggs, 2 veggie patties, 1 slice american cheese, 1 low carb tortilla
Snack: 1 tbspn all natural peanut butter
Meal 3: Hamburger pattie + 1 slice american cheese
Meal 4: 8 oz steak, 1 egg, 1 cup amazingly delicious cauliflower "mashed potatos" (cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, butter -- thank you keto recipe forum)
Meal 5: 2 grilled chicken strips + 1/2 cup broccoli
Meal 6: Protein Shake
Guilty pleasure: 1 sunchip (yes, apparently you can have just 1 chip) 1 sugar-free see's chocolate
Lets see if I can stick w/ it this time!

Meal 1: 2 eggs, 2 maple sausage links, 1 slice american cheese, 1 low carb tortilla
Meal 2: Costco bbq chicken breast
Meal 3: Hamburger pattie + 1 slice american cheese
Snack: 2 tbspn all natural peanut butter
Meal 4: 2 Italian Turkey Sausage, 4 grilled chicken strips w/ spicy mango marinade, 2 grilled shrimp, 1 cup cauliflower "mashed potatos" (cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, butter), 1/4th cup grilled onion/mushroom medley
Meal 5: Protein Shake
Guilty pleasure: 1 sunchip

Day 3: *CHEATER*
Meal 1: Protein Shake
Meal 2: Bulgogi and Galbi + 3 bowls of Seaweed + broth + rice gelatin? (< 2 oz)
Snack: Entire plate of fresh made potato chips (FUGGGGG)
Snack: 3 oz fried calamari
Meal 3: Beef carpacio w/ wasabi + spicy tuna/onions
Drank: 2 bottles of Hite beer, 5 shots of black label + diet

Day 4: Even bigger cheater (Wedding)
Meal 1: 2 chicken strips from Carls Jr (on the run)
Meal 2: 3 Bacon wrapped shrimp, 2 stuffed mushrooms, 3 ahi + cucumber pieces
Meal 3: 2 grilled chicken thigh pieces, 2 pieces of beef koubedeh, 4 eggrolls, 2 oz sticky rice, salad, 4 baked meat goodness things (persian ravioli?)
Meal 4: Wedding cake, + assorted desert medley
Meal 5: 2 rolled tacos + 1/2 plate of carne asada fries
