Stoked 2x AM 2XPM
Activate xtreme 1x Morning, 1xMid, 1xpreworkout, 1xnight
Universal Mstak Pre-workout
BCAA will be taken while working out.
Omega and Flex will be taken between meals
Pak will be taken morning and preworkout
Thursday= Shoulders/ Light chest and tricep
Each body part will be hit twice but still give them rest all throughout the week.
