Decided to start a new SOLID stack!!!
STOKED
Activate xtreme
Universal PAK
Universal OMEGA
Universal FLEX
Uinversal MStak
Universal BCAA
ON WHEY protein
Stoked 2x AM 2XPM
Activate xtreme 1x Morning, 1xMid, 1xpreworkout, 1xnight
Universal Mstak Pre-workout
BCAA will be taken while working out.
Omega and Flex will be taken between meals
Pak will be taken morning and preworkout
Workout
Monday= Chest/Tricep
Tuesday= Legs/Biceps
Wensday= REST/Cardio
Thursday= Shoulders/ Light chest and tricep
Friday= Back/Biceps
SAT/SUN= Rest/Cardio
Each body part will be hit twice but still give them rest all throughout the week.

I will post pics and progress info.

This is actually my 2nd bottle. First stack was AX/Mstak, this time I added STOKED. Im gonna do 8 weeks of AX. First stack I gained 5LBS. I am 167LBS right now.

Don't tell me **** like that, lol. This stuff stares me down every time I reach for my multi-v in the morning. That's amazing progress for a completely legal, non-ph stack.

Yesterday: Shoulders/Light chest/tri
Dumbbell shoulder press: 45lbsx10 Warm up, 60lbsx10, 75lbsx10, 90lbsx8
Front Dumbbell press: 20lbsx10, 30lbsx10, 35lbsx10, 40lbsx10
One-arm side lats: 20lbsx10, 30lbsx10, 35lbsx10, 40lbsx10
Reverse flyes: 20lbsx10, 30lbsx10, 35lbsx10, 40lbsx10
Incline dumbbell flyes: 45lbsx10, 50lbsx10 (x3)
Skull crusher: 50lbsx10, 60lbsx10, 70lbsx10 (2x)
I was pretty pumped up and got a lot of energy. Since this is my 2nb bottle of AX/Mstak my strength is just rising. Im still waiting on stoked to do its job.
Today: Back/ Light Biceps
Lat pulldown: 60lbsx10 Warm up, 100lbsx10, 150lbsx10, 195lbsx10, 245lbsx10
Close grip pulldown: 100lbsx10, 150lbsx10, 195lbsx10 (x2)
Pull ups: Body weight 10 reps 4 sets
One-arm cable: 50lbsx10, 60lbsx10, 70lbsx10, 90lbsx10
Deadlift barbell: 130lbsx10, 180lbsx10, 220lbsx10 (x2)
Concentration curls: 35lbs till failure 4 sets
Favorite body part, so I was really juiced! It was a good day!!! Strength is still there and I was really focused.
