BodyFat percentage cheating estimate?
Most of you have been working out for a nice amount of time, and I'm hoping I can get some advice from ya'll. I'm aware of the standard ways of getting a body fat percentage estimate, but have any of you found quick, easy and simple ways of estimating it. Specifically one that doesn't involve a tape measure...I'm kind of without one right now in a remotish area on deployment. Sure I could wait and get one, but I'm really just lookin' for any easy tricks you guys might know of until I can order it.
