Why the benches?
Do know that these circuits are for cardiovascular/muscular conditioning - they will do little to nothing in the way of any sort of strength work.
A good overall program would be to have a list of ME exercises, pick 2 per workout (rotate exercises every workout), and do 3-4 x 5-6. Then do the complexes.
If you like these complexes, look up PHA/Gajda training, John Davies' "Bear" program, or Javorek complexes. I wrote an article on complex training (originally published at MMA Weekly) here:

If anyone has any questions about the Randy workout, just let me know. The workout that website is on is mine and I have experience doing both that workout and the crossfit stuff as well.
Both work really well for conditioning with some differences here and there. Its better to wear out than rust out

Looks mad, maybe one day when I do a conditioning workout, I may do this. Seemes its more for speedand endurance. But Dunno, its effectivly a supersets workout.
The more you sweat in practice, the less you bleed in battle.

Crossfit Sucks?
Hey Drumed, why do you say that crossfit sucks for athletes? I'd like to know what part of crossfit sucks and if you mean all athletes or just for a specific group or sport.
I'm asking because I understand that most opinions have a valid application at some point or in some situation. Its better to wear out than rust out
