I always have one week that I pull spectacular, then a month of pulling ****. Some days it's like lifting a feather and I don't even have to pay attention to what I was straining with last week.
I'll try and get the vid next week or the week after. Not very high on my priority list.I rep back 1,000+.

Last dead sesh I couldn't even get 315 off the floor once even though I usually do it x3, I was planning to try 330 x3 that day but I just gave up once I couldn't get 315 off the floor at all lol.
It's cause I didn't warm up and just threw 225 straight on the bar. Also I pushed my squats higher quite abit that day innit.
