Flaxseed Oil - headaches?
I started taking flaxseed oil(liquid capsule) on monday and every day since then I've been getting a headache about 6 hours later. I really don't know if it's the oil or what but anyone else taking it?
EDIT: I rarely get headaches, just seems odd for 3 days in a row
