Finding a Workout help please

I am in Iraq and have been working out for the last 8 weeks and I am looking for a new workout plan. The workout I was doing was one another guy was doing when I joined him. He has left my location and I have been reading on the forum and the articles on BB. I am 6'1" and 185, I would like to gaining another 20lbs. and keep working on my strength. They only give us 3 meals a day and I eat as much as I can at those times. The only thing they leave out to snack on is junk except for the protein bars that have 8g of protein. I just ordered the Advanced Muscle Builder Stack from BB store on Monday. I have never taken supplements before and this is what they recommended. These are what my maxes are after 8 weeks of lifting.

Squat 200x5 to 365x10
Dead lift 185x5 to 365x5
Bench 145x5 to 225x5
Military press 115x8 to 165x8
Seated row 270x10 to 360x10

There is not very many people here that lift. The 3 that do keep telling me to go by some BB magazines and make my work out from those since that is that they did. I have read the rippetoe and the 5x5 workouts that are on here. I don't think the rippetoe will help with putting on mass like I want. Same with the 5x5 workout also.

Any help would be great, the only other source I have to look up workouts it google, yahoo and BB.com workouts data base.

Thank you for your time.

Post Max Muscle Builder Routine

Hi ArmyCowboy01,
It appears we have a great deal in common... from our age, body composition and recient dramatic obsession with working out.

I did about the same thing 2 months ago, I started searching for a routine that would work for me. I was currently working out on and off, bouncing around the gym with no direction. I made a decision to change and got a workout journal and found a routing - Max Muscle Builder
From The Bodybuilding.com Workout Database. I also started a My BodySpace profile and started tracking my weight and workouts. I was able to pack on 20lbs in 53 days! I'm getting comments daily about others being able to tell I'm working out.

Hope this helps,

Don

Here is the URL, I was hoping you could just click directly to the routine...

DonKrauseWI thank you for the help, I will look into it.

I just need to figure out a diet to bulk up. The down fall here is all the meals are regulated and they flip out when you ask for more. The only thing they leave out to snack on is cookies, cake, potato chips, very little free fruit and power bars. So I am very limited on the types of food I can get.
