700lb deadlift.
I'm starting this log currently at a pr of 515.
I'd also like my bench and squat to go up of course, but i'll be focusing on the deadlift.
I'll be posting my updates on tuesdays, when I deadlift.
I might also post any squat/ bench pr's I encounter.

I wish I could go from 315 to 510, but my body never lets me. I have to throw 405 for at least a couple reps before I can hit anything in the 500 range.

This was actually my first week trying it. I also like to feel 225. Turned out not so well, I usually go 405 for 5/6. I'm going give it a few weeks and see how 500 starts to feel.

I'm looking to getting into my first pl comp in april 2009. I've never competed before. Now, i've read that your first comp should be exp. only. What should i expect/plan/prepare/look for? Whats a reccomended weight class/stats? I prefer to stay +/- 10lbs of 200lbs bw. I have no clue, I'm lost when it comes to competing.

Unsure if I go in tomorrow. Depending on how well I sleep.
I need to do heavy triceps/decline bench. We'll see.

Ended up doing deadlifts today.
Couldnt sleep last night, and had nosebleeds. But it was alright. I'll do better on my upcoming deadlift day for sure.
135x10
225x8
315x3

Didn't do anything else really other than

If I had gotten the 505x3, I probably would have hanged in through. It's alright.
Benching monday. Squatting wednesday.

Thanks, bro.
Day 1: deadlift, lats, forearms.
Day 2: Heavy bench (triples), rack holds, shoulders, shrugs.
Day 3: off
Day 4: Squats, walkouts, front squats, leg press, stiff leg, leg curls.
Day 5: Bench repouts, decline/lockouts, triceps,biceps,forearms,abs
Day 6: off
Day 7: Repeat cycle, or take off.
Feel free to give any advice/crtique. I'm new to pl, just dropped in about a month and half ago. Doing bodybuilding for a few years though.
What are the best exercises to develop triceps for a bench? I know cgbp, skullcrushers, but those are getting repetitive.
