Can you see any difference? because i don't!

Hi Everyone,

I started mid last June08 and i am attaching photos that i took yesterday, that's about 3 months and honestly from the photos i can't see any difference! so do you see any?!

From here I can see that your Anterior Deltoids are looking more bulbous and your triceps look deeper. What's your training regime like?

I know the camera is bad, sorry!
I workout 3-4 times a week 1-2 days resting, the problem is that i work-out late at night after a long working day, i try to eat 4-5 meals a day, i take fish oil, multi v, code liver, ON 100% whey, and lately i am taking l-glutamine and Creatine mono.

I aim to lose "Cut" like 5 Kg, and i want to gain lean muscles until i reach like 80 kg, now i am 73 Kg

I wish i could lose more fat around my waist to show my abs
I might think of cardio as an option, i guess for me 2 times per week will be more than enough, correct?!

i guess so, my last month arms measurement was increased by 1.5 cm per arm

i really aim to lose more, especially around my waist, just to show up my ABS still haven't done any cardio, but i will very soon...

Don't be discouraged; you are leaner. Do some cardio after your workouts to accelerate fat loss

I am not discouraged, i still have a long road to take
About the cardio will try to do it like 3 times a week...

when i started i was like 73 kg and now i am 74 kg, but i guess i lost some weight and then gained 1-2 kg lean mass, i do not know, that what i hoped
