    Is it ok to eat whey protein 2-3 times a day?

    I just bought two 5lbs tub of ON whey for $60, free shipping.

    Since I got so much for so cheap, will it matter if I eat some like three times a day?

    I know whey isn't nutrient or calorically dense, but I want as much protein in me as possible.

    By eat i hope you mean drink. But yes, a shake at bfast lunch and dinner is dine. You should have a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight everyday. So if its 24 grams a serving, most people would put 2 scoops in every shake. Its your call how much you take.
