Today I bought a tub of plain fat-free yogurt, strawberries, and Splenda. I tried cutting up a strawberry and mixing it with some yogurt and it was bad. I added a little Splenda and it still was pretty bad.
Anyone have any good recipes?

Just get the flavored kind and work the extra carbs into your macros.

Sounds like you just don't like the taste of yogurt, so why bother?
Strawberries and yogurt is a match made in heaven.
The other option is to not go sweet, but go savory instead. I like to use yogurt as a sour cream substitute with mexican food. Chop up some cilantro, green onions, fresh serranos and throw em in some yogurt. Maybe a squeeze of lime and a touch of salt. Makes a killer topping for burritos, quesadillas, etc.No sir, I don't like it.

Half a cup of fiber one gives it some nice crunch, only 60 calories, good whole grain carbs and fiber too.
Personally I put a cup of blueberries and splenda in it, love it.MTS Nutrition Houston rep.

Nuke the fruit and splenda into a compote, then mix that in along with some cinnamon. Or just blend it into a smoothie (yoghurt, oats, berries, banana and vanilla whey is good).

For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do this I keep on doing. (Romans 7:15,17-19)

I make 1 cup of Yogurt, 1 cup of cut strawberries, 1/4 cup of blueberries, and 1/3 cup of granola.
With plain yogurt, it only tastes good if you have a strawberry/blueberry with every bit. If you get a big scoop of just yogurt it tastes a little blah.
I recently moved to the Danon Light Vanilla yogurt stuff. Not sure how healthy it is compared to normal stuff but it tastes freakin amazing.5'8" 167lbs still @ ~14% bf

I personaly throw some honey in mine. I swear by honey as the best sweetner there is. I know it has sugar in but it is all natural and I'd rather put natural sugars in my body then artificial splenda (Thats me though). I realize that this may induce some insulin spike but at only 30 calories and 8 grams of sugar per 1/2 table spoon I think it's negliable.
My recipe for an awesome post work out yogurt is as follows.
1/2 cup no fat yogurt-75 calories
1/2 cut of plain oats-75 calories
1/2 table spoon of honey-30 calories
Theres 180 calories roughly 10 grams of protein and it tastes like a McDonalds parfait. You can increase everything as well depending on calorie needs just be careful with the honey.
On a side note my girlfriend hates all foods and she loved this soooo give it a try tell me what you thinkOur doubts are traitors, and make us lose the good we oft might win, by fearing to attempt.
