I wanted to follow up on this thread.
I take 72g protein per day from Dymatize, which translates into the following numbers:
4g - Valine
7.3g - Leucine
4.3g - Isoleucine
so even though those are protein-bound, I imagine it still adds up with xtend. So instead of the recommended 2-4 scoops or whatever, I am thinking of 1 scoop pre workout, and 1 scoop during workout.
This would also extend the life of a 30 serving tub. Would that be adequate? 6ft, 170 lbs, so I am not pounding any serious weight right now.
