creatine taste

i just started taking creatine but i feel like im drinking water with sand when i have it. Is it supposed to taste gritty or am i just not shaking enough? (ive shaken it like a mother though)

Regular monohydrate, which I'm assuming is what you have, is hard to mix and always ends up at the bottom and grainy. I usually just put a spoonful in my mouth and chase it down, or mix with very little water and slam it.

Throw it in your PWO shake and you won't notice anything.

I've never had any problems mixing mono. Either mix it in just a couple ounces of water or in with your protein shake.
