tried benching 245 yesterday, got it down good, then up for like 1 centimeter and failed. Most Ive ever done previously was 225 (4 reps). After, my right shoulder hurt...not so much when i lift it to the side like for side lateral raises, but SO MUCH in front like if I do the motion for front raises.
Woke up several times last night in pain, and this morning I can barely even move it.
Should I ice it? How long should I expect for recovery? I'm assuming some strained tendons?
