I thought it would be interesting to make a list with links from studies or website you consult about Nutrition. Let's keep it to scientific studies, no M&F stuff if possible

nutritiondata.com - ahhhhhmazing website for nutritional information for foods. It includes a food's amino acids, nutrient balance, fullness factor, and lots of other stuff for the beginning or advanced nutrition geek.
It is a great place to begin/maintain/and learn, and I swear by it.Last edited by martina92685; 01-11-2009 at 01:23 PM.

Not sure if it's ok to mention my site here but I do take a scientific approach & talk about fairly advanced nutritional concepts on my site.

Focusing on intermittent fasting mainly, but also do a lot of myth-debunking with references.

Examine.com
They are an independent organization that presents un-biased research on supplements and nutrition. They currently have over 25000 references to scientific papers.
It is extremely helpful when researching supplements and various health issues. They sum up the research better than any other place I have found.

Hardly a reliable source of information when the guy behind it is 100% biased.
Ex: Bashes Gerson Therapy. Gerson Therapy is/has been used globally to treat tens-of-thousands of cancer patients, with Gerson himself having a 50% success rate, and higher success rates by other physicians such as Dr. Wilko van der Vegt, and Dr. Takaho Watay in Japan who has implemented it in their hospitals with amazing success.
