how to dose lean xtreme and REDuction

Just got them today from BB.com
How should I dose it
I know that I take REDuction in the AM and PM but lean xtreme says to take it 1 capsule 2-4 times a day....its says to take 1 of those doses in the AM and one of those doses in the PM...I don't wanna take them the same time as the REDuction

should I just take them 2 times a day after breakfast and after lunch or what?

REDuction is a thermogenic similar to MAN Scorch. When i was dosing LX with Scorch i basically took 3 pills of Scorch in the AM and one pill of LX right after the scorch, Around 8am. At about 1pm I would take the next 3 pills of scorch because it said take it before 4pm so it doesn't affect sleep and an LX right before bed. Worked fine for me

LX is not a stim. Also, I wouldnt suggest double dosing (2 caps) LX at one time...

LX: 1 cap upon waking, 1 cap 4 hours later, 1 cap in PM.
REDuction: AM Pills upon waking/around morning. PM pills around dinner/bed.

it is fine but imo the pm pill just pre bed.. and not at dinner.. if ur dinner is an hour or two pre bed i heared it gives u sleep effects ;p ull not like to be sleepy after ur dinner though

Only if i drink a lot throughout the afternoon, which i generally subconciously do when i use stims.

well, I drink a WHOLE bunch through MMA practice 2-3hrs. every day I go. So I guess that's normal then

Yeah, its nothing to be worried about unless you're pissing every ten minutes all day or find your little fella leaking (these are medical problems of course).
