Lat tear?

What's up guys new to the forum and have a quick question. I was doing wide seated rows only about 100 pounds and right under my shoulder between the top of my lat and bottom of my shoulder blade felt like I got shot with a rubber band. It was definitely in the muscle not the joint I'm wondering if maybe I pulled a lat muscle it appears swelled on the right side and a bearable but annoying deep soreness I tried foam rolling it out but it's way to tender. Any advise would be great
