Will this be enough to maintain muscle?

I took pe 2 this semester and we have been doing the p90x 3-4 days a week and it is mostly just using your on bodyweight and bands. Then after I have 3-4 hours of practice and then I have to do homework and by then im ready to hit the sac lol. So do y'all think that the p90x is enough to maintain my muscle and mass through the season?
