As a result of Hurricane Ike, my gym has been closed, but will open tomorrow. So, I had to do something to at least stimulate the same muscles.
Monday I did Chest and Triceps which consisted of strict form Pushups: 4 sets of 15 reps each. Then, elevated my feet to work my upper chest and did 4 sets of 15 reps of Pushups.
For Triceps I did 4 sets of close-grip Pushups (Diamond Pushups).
Tuesday I did 4 sets 8 reps each of close-grip Chins on a pullup bar. For Biceps, did 4 sets of strict BB Curls.

Thanks. Had 70+ mph winds here. 100% of golf courses will be out of commission for months, within several hundered miles. One golf course around here for example had over 750 trees down. Grocery stores are virtually barren, but you can find food. Gas is hard to find without a long line.

Hy hurricane workout has been a lot of 2-story ladder climbing, plywood presses (putting it up on windows, taking it down), roof climbing, patio furniture carrying, pushing small trees back upright, pushing fence back upright, etc. My gym is still closed. Today I have more ladder climbing to caulk the holes from putting the wood up and some yardio.
