I have been doing Rippetoes and after a week off I want to try Bill Starrs. If you have does this could you tell me about how long each day took you. I train early in the mornings and want to plan my time.
Thanks

There's a "Sticky" on Starr's basic routines somewhere in the main training section. Since you've done Rippetoe's stuff already, you've got the basic knowledge on how to lift and what kind of form to use.
When I did Starr's a few years back, I started off with his 5x5--benches, squats and power cleans. Just those three exercises the first three weeks plus some abs. That took me about 45 minutes, as I rested about two minutes between each set...more on the squats and cleans and less on the benches. As my conditioning improved, I rested a bit less.
After that break-in period, I added a couple of iso movements, such as calves and laterals one day, arms and shrugs the next, and so on. It took me no longer than an hour to do the whole thing, and I always kept some ab movements in at the end. I also kept the iso movements a bit higher, in the 12-15 range. I think that if you give yourself an hour--75 minutes tops--you should do okay.
