Question Workout?

Ive been doing this workout i brewed up for about three months now and im really starting to plain off. Idk If maybe its just the fact that in the begining I was getting alot of Muscle Memory Back or what But heres My Split.

It alternates Weekly And i do legs Only on thursday and abs every tuesday and thursday. But I split the rest Up like this.

Chest/Triceps
Back/Biceps
Shoulders/Traps
Legs/Calves


So whatever i start the week with on monday i repeat on friday, and i alternate what i start with everyweek.

My goal is to burn fat off and cut my weight down to 225. I started in late april and i was weighing 285 with 32% B.F. Im now down To 253 and 22% B.F. So it is working but i would really like to boost my Losses And hit my goals By December. So any help would be Greatly Appreciated.

I think im gonna stick with the same workout regimen just change my diet up a little bit and see what kind of results i get
