What foods have ***THE MOST CALORIES*** per serving??

Preferably the calories from carbohydrates. But any will do for the purpose of this thread lol. Which foods have THE MOST CALORIES, regardless of the healthiness of the food?

I heard Twinkies pack a lot of calories, is it true?

depends on how big a serving size is

    1g carb = 4 cals
    1g protein = 4 cals
    1g fat = 9cals

oils would be the most calorie dense food

Gram for gram, nuts and various oils, followed by fatty meats and starches, then lean meats and fruits/veggies.

Okay my next question might sound stupid, but for the past 5 years I've been training for strength, not size. I'm interested in changing my focus to bulk since my competitive track and field days are over.

I'm 7% body fat, so a little bit of fat gain won't hurt me? If I follow a bulking up exercise routine and eat high calorie foods from Mcdonalds, Burger King, Popeyes, etc. EVERYDAY pre and post workout would it be bad for my health? (Double Quarter pounder meals with large fries, Quadruple BK Stacker with bacon and cheese, etc.)

Of course it will be bad for you, although this opens a whole new book of discussion. It also depends on how easily you put on fat, and at 7% I'd assume its pretty tough for you.

There are many on this website that argue that when you have a sufficient amount of EFA's, healthy carbs and proteins, then whatever calories after that don't really matter.
