What supps would be safe for a healthy(no heart problems or anything) 51 yearold man. he lifts 4days a week and does cardio 2days a week.

As its been said the basic's are what you want to stick to
Multi-All Purpose health/a base your other supplements can build upon
Whey Protein-Simply to Build muscle
Fish Oil-Get in those extra/health fats
Edit:IF you continue with creatine stick to Creatine monohydrate lasts a long time and the basic of basics.
3 basics that are all you need especially at that age.
