    supps for a 50 year old man??

    What supps would be safe for a healthy(no heart problems or anything) 51 yearold man. he lifts 4days a week and does cardio 2days a week.

    Yep he should start off with some solid Whey, Multi and some Fish Oil. Before he gets into those supplements you want to make sure he has a solid diet and training routine.
