Explain Cutting To ME!!!!
Hey guys:
I think I am going to start losing some fat. Here is the deal. I naturally hold some cushion....and I want to change up my diet to get leaner.
I do eat every three hours or so. I watch what I eat and limit any simple carbs etc.
I just need help to get over my obession with not eating enough etc.
Example diets? or tips would be great!
