Definitely rugby, got to be very fit.
Hellas a workout sport is basically just a sport you play but it you like it because it develops something....like rugby gives you powerful legs and shoulders.1k+ people.

rugby ofcourse very good for shoulders/traps.
Also thai boxing I find helps me alot with arm endurance.
