I watched Bob's DVD series this weekend and really liked it. It comprises three DVDs covering training and posing:
DVD 1: Back and chest
DVD 2: Legs, calves and delts
DVD 3: Biceps, triceps and posing
Bob covers most aspects of his training philosophy in these DVDs. Some of these include the 'law of opposites' to influence development in 4 quadrants of each bodypart: upper, lower, inner and outer. He demonstrates how to apply this technique on a number of popular exercises.
He also emphasises a number of points to help ensure training longevity and how one should keep the emphasis on muscle contraction rather than soley striving for heavier poundages.
Another concept he explains is how and why you should change your routines to avoid plateaus.
The DVD is focussed on teaching proper lifting form and does not cover techniques like supersets or dropsets nor does it cover nutrition.
I'd recommend this DVD series for beginners and intermediate trainees.

LOL. None. He doesn't discuss nutrition in this series.
