    It won't make a big difference in the grand scheme. But I'm not happy about the feeling woozy without carbs. When did this start, how bad, what is your diet like? Were you in ketosis?
    65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

    It wasnt a bad woozy just felt like I had no energy from a carb source. My lifts in the gym were slacking and I felt like if I needed carbs is all.

    I carbed up after my first week. Didn't know better. It didn't hurt, but I have done a couple 2-week phases since. Those are good too.

    Did you lose all that on keto or another way? If you dropped from 18 to 10% why didn't you stick with what you were doing?

    Whats up with your name? I had an R32 GTR when I lived in okinawa. It was a blast!

    I went from 18 to 10 with high protein 300-350g moderate/low carb 75-100g
    and low fat about 30-40g per day. I actually went back to doing this today. I'll give KETO a chance some other time.
